Pantene contacted Resource Interactive to apply our thought leadership and help elevate their brand within the new world of consumer engagement. We extended their shine to the digital channel by enabling Pantene to collect beautiful wishes – and support a great cause along the way. Featuring a streaming video Flex experience, the site invited women to share their wishes for their lives, their communities and their hair, with the chance to have their wish granted and to support the wishes of others. We granted the first wish at the 2008 People’s Choice Awards, ultimately creating a beautiful forum where Pantene could foster women’s goals and aspirations to shine, inside and out.
